This is daughter's new cat Millie.  She should get her stitches out tomorrow and so lose the collar.

And this is a cake that nine year old grandson has made his mum for her birthday tomorrow. I think it's supposed to be Millie.

Hope you all have a lovely time at your various clubs, workshops, gyms and pools.  What an active lot you are.

My daughter told me they'd got a super new machine at her gym, she loved it so much she spent about an hour on it, in fact she stayed on it until she felt sick.  She said it has Mars bars, Twix, Curly Wurly, Kit Kat etc. etc.................:^O

Beautiful sunny day here as well, I've just got back from the Doc's, I was supposed to have a blood test but my veins hid, so a trip up to pathology is now on my to do list for this afternoon 😐

 I got a letter on Sat telling me I didn't get the job I applied for, but that they will keep my application on file. Oh well more time for knitting 🙂

I'm not too disappointed, although its what I would like to do, the more I thought about it I'm not sure if 11hr shifts on my own with 10 disabled adults was the right thing for my first time in care work 🙂

As you say they have you on file now, so who knows maybe with summer & holidays fast approaching they may need some extra staff to cover, even if its only fewer hours it would break you in gently.
