Conversation I had with hubby earlier.

Me.  I'll need to get a sympathy card for J.

Him.  I thought you kept a number of cards ready for when you need them?

Me. I do, but only birthday cards, not sympathy cards, I don't keep those.

Him. You ought to keep a few in, when you get to our age you'll need them more often.    😞

And on a brighter note.  I bought an Amaryllis in a box as part of someone's Christmas present.  When I got it out of the cupboard to wrap it, it had started to grow, even with no water, so I decided to keep it.  This is it now.:-D

I feel the same CK. I always used to buy one for my MIL.
