Morning all.  It feels really autumnal here this morning.  It looks like we might have a nice day though.  I hope so. 

Must go now as I want to be in the pool at 8am and I am still in my jamas.  Hugs to all that need them.

You're lucky that you're in pjs, I came out of the bathroom wrapped in a towel to do the 'drip dry' thing & now can't get back in as hubby sneaked in so I've got to sit wrapped in a towel until I can retrieve my belongings

Weve got sunshine here today makes a change .  My new bedroom curtians & duvet set has arrived now all i need is for hubby to paint the bedroom .....could be a while unless i threaten to do it myself

Seeing as no human baby pics have been put on here, will this do to be going on with?  He's not James any more (stupid name for a cat)  he's Max.  He still misses his mum and siblings and George won't have anything to do with him.  Daughter's fed up doing her housework one handed, so.............................................

I've got sun too, but it looks as if there's a stiff breeze blowing.

About to chase "him indoors" up to thes upermarket as I fancy minted lamb chops for tea - well what I really fancy is slow roasted lamb shanks with rosemary, but his cuilinary "skills" won't stretch to that, so I'll settle for the chops.

I also fancy lemon meringue pie, and what I really fancy is "proper" lemon meringue pie made with lemons and eggs, but I know I'll have to settle for a bought pastry case and a packet of lemon pie filling mix.

I wish I had the courage to rip the whole kitchen out and install something accessible and usable, but I know that "him indoors" would never agree.

It's such a shame you can't access your kitchen Stroppy. I think Aldi do the lamb shanks in their frozen food bit.

the weather here is warm but I'm cold, most unusual for me....I'm pooped, we were up at 4.45am

the plumber hasn't arrived yet, hope this doesn't mean another day without water.

Children!!  Especially sons.  My son was here all day yesterday.  When he left he said  'probably see you over the weekend'  I look on face book and what do I find?  He's on Corfu!!  Not a mention of it yesterday!!    He doesn't have to ask permission and of course he IS 43, but still...............................................

We are still being Graced.  She's put some make up on and she's doing a drawing a picture of her mum at the moment.  Talk about being worn out, it isn't in it.  I'll put a photo on later of Grace with her make up on.

I am worn out.  Just can't think why but perhaps these photos will give you a hint.

She's a handful alright.  We will be fully recovered in about a week or so before we see her again.
