Afternoon all.  Apart from being full of a cold, I'm not too bad.  I've been worse.  

Stroppy, at least your infection count hasn't gone up again.  Hope that you are feeling better.

Had a bit of a quiet day.  Took my mum to the library earlier on.  At least it was a little outing for her.  We are going out again on Wednesday.  This time, we are going to Cleveleys near Blackpool.  We are having a three course meal when we get there and then we will have about three hours or so so that we can go around the shops.

I have been wandering about trying to find curtains for our newly decorated bedroom. Finally came across some, OH is a nightmare choosing something, give him a choice of two things and you're doomed!!!

then I fell asleep when I got in late afternoon, and woke up at 6pm....

I agree CB - if I had to get a cold, I'm better off with it now than on the 21st of this month.  Also agree over giving a choice of two things.  It's fatal.

Thinking of the wedding, it's only just over two weeks off now.  It is just over 12 months back since Steph said that they were getting married this month.  Where has the time gone to?

I've had more colds since I've had grandchildren than ever before!

Hope yours gets better soon books, mind your mum doesn't get it just in time for the wedding.  Glad you're doing a little better stroppy!

Hi Maggie, you'll not get a cold - the ones on here have a bit to travel so I reckon you'll be ok   Thank you for last night   I'm of to bed, painkillers and sleeping pills are my best friends atm, night night, sleep well x.

Morning all.  The cold does have a fair way to travel and you really wouldn't want it anyway.  If you did, I wouldn't mind - really honestly.  This is the third cold I have had in the last 18 months or so.  Before that, it was years since I had one.  Never mind, if I was a man it would be flu wouldn't it?  

Bright sunny morning here but how long that will last is anyone's guess.

There are some gorgeous Lily's too that are yet to open so they don't show too well on the pic  (I will be cutting out the polleny bits as they open because of my puddy cat)  

Arn't they lovely .......... please hurry up & own up somebody as I need to go out soon & its driving me mad not knowing ......... hmm, I have a couple of possible people in mind but how can I thank them ...... I'd be mortified if I thanked the wrong one

I'm a little cross that they were left outside though, we live on a main rd, there was NO note throught he door & I was at home  too ........ anyone could have taken them!!
OH brought them in when he came home for lunch so I have no idea how long they were there

They were actually inside for an hour before I noticed they had my name on  (sorry0  ........ were so used to Imogens Mummy having parcels delivered from Next that we automatically assumed the box was for her & she's away still
