we had pasta with mushrooms peas and some meat in it. Tonight we demolished a small pork loin joint I didn't put in the oven in enough time for lunch!!!! (in the garden and forgot the time)
casserole is jointed meat with chunks of vegetable and small roasted onions.
hot pot is sliced carrot onion and potatoe with either mince or small cuts of lamb.
stew is chunks of beef with chunks of veg.
hows that then CG?

So, some is beef, some mince or lamb and depends on what shape and size your veggies are. Right. Thanks capt. 
Don't call twishy crackers, that's not kind. (we all know she is, but no need to tell her)
