Evening all.  We've been on another of our trips today.  We went to a place called Boundary Mill at Colne.  We had our lunch first which consisted of fish, chips, peas and a hot drink which was included in the overall cost of the trip.  We then went to the shop itself for some retail therapy.  It's been a tiring day though but we enjoyed it.  It only cost us £7 each.

Chris, what was Boundry mill like then? I've heard good reports about it but it's too far away from here....

I have been mainly shopping today, decorating a hooooge chocklit cake for a friends birthday tomorrow, bit of a miscalculation though, I can't get the lid on the cake box!!!!!

Boundary Mill is not too bad.  You can get some good bargains there but some things are expensive though.

I gather that you made the cake a bit too big then.  Hold's out place for a piece of choccy cake.

it's four cakes high, and has a ton of fudge/Nutella frosting! as usual, I went a bit overboard but she'll freak when she sees it. I bet you'll get about 16 portions out of it.
