Just same old poser I suppose have peeps just lost interest or found RL or is the alternative that we all turn to FB only.

I miss a lot of the banter and late night chit chats that went on and sometimes some posts can seem a bit tiresome day after day as the same thing

Hello stan, I was only thinking yesterday how quiet it was, I tend to pop on more in the afternoons and after tea as I work in the mornings.

It would be nice to see more new threads and don't get me wrong I love the tea thread but still expect to see numpty's name next to it and its always the same day in day out.

There are of course lots of peeps that have gone MIA over the last year or so and some long term threads were lost along with them (where did oh-pee and wizzlewest go ??)

Yes I am guilty of that I usually do the whats everyone doing at the weekend thread to get conversations going, and the trouble is some people are doing really exiting things and some like me tend to do the same old thing. What sort of things did they used to have because I have not been on here very long,

Lots of us went to swinger's parties and there was a sub-group into sado masochism & another into taxidermy.

A lot of it was banter really and recipes were always popular but I think some of the problem is we lost (or they were banned ) some of the posters who would always keep a thread going even if half the time they ended up being a totally different discussion.

people only pop in and out now where there was a time when the conversations happened there and then just like a telephone call or FB chat does now.

I just would'nt like to see FHG end up as RT is now with only a handful of regulars and posts being ignored or nothing new added for days at a time

I must admit I like the chat when you carry on a conversation about allsorts,  a couple of months ago when no one could get on here there were a couple of us who managed it and we kept a conversation going all day it was good fun especially knowing that people could see but they couldn't log in.

Jokes and funny stories,  because I get up so early in the morning I do my housework when I get home, make a coffee then come on here and sometimes no one has posted for ages and I get fed up and go and come back later.  I don't sew or knit so can't really get involved in those threads cos I don't know what I am talking about.

It's just nice to come on here for a little light relief and bit of fun with people of a like mind, especially since the OH is out at work.

I miss the chatting during the day we used to have before the change before last.  Working from home there's only so much you an chat to the wall about.

I'm another one who doesn't use FB either.  In fact, I cancelled my account at the start of the year.

Yup I did it for about a week and all these people I didn't know kept asking to be my friend and kept clogging up the inbox of email, huh do without that.
