How's your Saturday...and what is for tea???

Very miserable and windy here today. Just put the gas fire on and the cat has taken immediate possession in front of said fire 🙂

Tea tonight is fish fingers and potato scallops (sliced potates cooked like chips) together with baked beans or mushy peas. Comforting food for a nasty day.

Just started to watch Harry Potter....seen the film several times before but the perfect film for a Saturday afternoon.

Strictly and X factor later - SAM BAILEY TO WIN

Remember - it takes 17 muscles to smile and 44 muscles to frown - SO KEEP SMILING 🙂

It's been nice and sunny up until about a quarter of an hour ago.

Tea tonight, no idea yet, just thinking about it.  Just got in from work,

driving coach for school Saturday morning sports.

Re: How's your Saturday...and what is for tea???

Went into town this morning after my swim and apart from that, it's been quiet.  The wind has got up again and we've had a few spots of rain.  It's also quite chilly at the moment.

For tea today it's salmon salad.

I had chips at lunchtime sat in the car beside the harbour. It was lovely. I still feel stuffed! Not sure about tea yet.

It's been lovely and sunny all day.  No wind at all.

He's having four cheese pizza and tinned spaghetti in tomato  sauce.

I'm having Chinese spare ribs and corn on the cob.  Then we'll both have trifle.

Re: How's your Saturday...and what is for tea???

Really windy and chilly in the West Midlands at the moment.

OH and I are having baked beans and poached egg on toast and peaches and Ice cream afterwards. We had nice bacon butties for lunch.

I have been feeling really tired and achy today so had a nice afternoon in, in the warm just faffing around. (lol, snoozing on the settee while watching a bit of TV, which I don't normally do).

Re: How's your Saturday...and what is for tea???

Weather cold, windy and showers - not nice at all out there.

Not a great day, had only been home about 40 minutes when muscle spasms started and I had to go to A & E. They were brilliant and got me sorted and discharged promptly.

Lasagne and garlic bread for dinner.
