Go on then what did you have for your tea?

We had the last of the beef casserole from yesterday, it does taste better the longer you cook it.

Nothing for tea as we had an unarranged trip to my daughters in Kent today so spent the day at the fairground/beach in Dymchurch & went to a chippie for lunch. I had a pukka pie, cheesy chips & curry sauce then back to Donnas for a cuppa and a giant bakewell tart from the Marshmellow Bakery begore driving home

I had some chicken casserole that I had made the precious day. Always seems tastier when left over night.

Then I had a trifle. It was looking at me for a while, so in the end I pounced on it. Smiley Very Happy

Re: Go on then what did you have for your tea?

My daughter was working 9 - 5 yesterday. She is a receptionist at the local leisure centre here in Callander. But afterwards, we adjourned to a local hostelry, for an evening Sunday roast. We both had roast beef with all the usual. Plus an appropriate accompanying beverage. The only downer, was that for some reason, there was no horseradish available. Scandalous!
Apple crumble and ice cream followed.
