Cat lover or Dog lover ?

I have always had cats, but then I am lazy and you don't need to walk a cat.

But we have always had dogs too, and if it wasn't for them I probably wouldn't walk anywhere,

If I had to choose I would choose dogs they bring you so much joy and keep you fit.

but part of me secretly hankers for another cat, curled up on your lap purring away aaah.

Must admit to preferring dogs.  It's years since we had one though.  The last one we had was a cross between a poodle and a fox terrier and he was great and he lived to be 14.  We still miss him and talk about him often.

where do you people find all these lovely "sit on your lap purring" cats???

**sits and glares at my aloof madam who would claw your face off until SHE wants stroking**

i think chickengrandma says it best

but i couldnt be bothered going out late night walkies

thats the only time my cat makes me smile

as i close my bedroom curtains and see 3 or 4 dog walkers on the green, battling the wind and rain, in the cold and dark

and i am standing stroking her on the window sill in the warm & dry

she is rubbish at bringing back sticks though!
