I'm predominately right-sided too, according to the test - but it is only a short test and more a bit of fun than anything.
And - I did it more than once yesterday, chosing some different answers deliberately and it still came out with exactly the same answer.
Some time ago now I did a similar test and it told me I was predominately left-sided - maybe age gets in the way?

Not really appropos this, but my son attended The London School of Art ( which is really difficult to get into ) it issued statistics...
1 in 4 students are left-handed & dyslexic ( my son is both )
I was told when he was 8 years old, that he would have to go into a Remedial Class, & it was unlikely that he would ever read or write...I removed him within the hour.
My son was the youngest person to be made a London Fellow of Design.
He runs his own design company in London, & owns his own house...aged 28
So never, never listen to anyone about your child...support, encourage & love...they will find their way.

Very true Merc. I wonder how many parents believe what they are told by these so called experts though & give up on their kids.

Amazing Merc, it just shows doesn't it what people who are "labelled" as unable and
will never etc etc can do. Wouldn't it be amazing if he could go back to those people who
said that and show them where he's at now (and tell them it's a good job his mum didn't take
any notice of them thrown in for good measure!).
I never tell a child they are unable or can't do whatever. I have often told mine that it might
be tricky or difficult and they'll have to try hard but they will do it if they really want to.

47% LB, 59% RB.... hmmm
merc, well done to your son... I can agree with you about "experts" sometimes, especially in the case of my sister who was diagnosed with a stage 4 (the worst) brain tumour and we were told she wouldn't live past 6 months, if that. She lived a further 15 years through sheer determination I think.

I was told to 'try again'
01-03-2014 9:35 AM
Just keep taking the meds...
