Can you help me find these?

hi you guys....I'm looking for a set of measuring cups made of ceramic, just like four ordinary tea cups really. They have a band of patterns around the top, one row is hearts, another row on the top of the cups is fluted. They were in S*insb*ry's at Christmas time for £9 the set.

Has anyone seen them in their local store?

if you have  could you get me a set and I'll pay all the charges.

I went in there yesterday and they had metal ones, I didn't see any china ones, but we are going there again next tuesday so I will have a proper look.  Our local store has had a revamp and they have loads of new stuff, so they might well have them. I will let you know.

thanks Ed, I've looked on their web site and they weren't there, but I saw them in a Nov issue of Yours!!! I might have known I'd miss the bus!!!!!

I remember seeing them in there Captain.  We have several Sain***'s round here so I will have a look

for you.  I must say I haven't seen them for a while though.

One of the stores is massive, so they might have some hidden away in some corner.

They were part of Sains' "Nordic Pantry" range - all sort of Scandinavian-looking,

in reds, grey and possibly green, I can't remember exactly.  I will ask my friend

who works in there where all the last season stuff goes.

Captain, I had a look for you yesterday in one of our local stores but sadly none left.

I asked where all the last season stuff goes and she said it all goes in the sale

after Christmas where it is usually sold.  They don't send it on to be sold in an end-of-

range store or anything like that.  She said sometimes it gets put onto the big stacking

stolleys and taken out the back and just left there so usually it's just a matter of

if there happens to be some left in a particular store, she said if they aren't busy

they will probably have a look for you.

I'll still keep my eyes peeled for you.

CB I popped into our local store this morning on the way home from work in my uniform and asked them, but they didn't have any left I am afraid, anything that was left from Christmas was put out for reduced to clear.

I sent "him indoors" on a tour of all the local branches (6 of them), but no luck - sorry. He did ask if any of them had a set at the back.

all sold off cheap after Christmas but the girl said they have had no end of peeps asking about the range since then....

maybe they will get them in again,hooves crossed
