Group Policy Editor/Privacy Settings for Win10-HOME etc

I'm floundering amid a sea of technical unawareness now, but this seems interesting.

As you probably know, Group Policy Editor is not available on Win10 HOME edition.  This program purports to free up lots of options for Home users.  I'm not installing it until I find more feedback on it, but thought some here might be interested.
