I purchased an item several weeks ago, first the company said the item didn't clear customs and was returned to them, they asked me what I wanted to do.
So I said resend (thought strange as never had an issue like this happen before). They said OK.
I asked for the expected arrival date, only reply was, OK.
Just been looking for the company on Ebay, cant find them anywhere and the tracking details say it hasn't been sent and the arrival details are several weeks away.
I have tried messaging but no reply.
How do I get Ebay involved now

Listen to no more excuses from the seller, but if a reasonable time has passed your item's last estimated date for delivery and you are still within 30 days of delivery, then proceed this way:
Go right of the item purchased, and from More Actions select.... I Have Not Received My Item.
If you are not fully refunded within 3 days, you must escalate the case on day 4 or within 30 days from opening the case, and eBay will step in and force the refund.
Do not close the case early for any excuse or promise the seller may give, and do not forget to escalate.

Please remember that these are the UK boards and you are in France, especially since customs are involved.
