I received an email from ebay to complete an online video survey - taking around 30 minutes. Once finished I had to wait until the survey uploaded but theat never happened - still stuck on starting to upload over 1 hour later. I tried a 2nd time with the same problem. Utter waaste of time and no channel for contact. Anyone else experienced this? I won't be accepting any such invitations in future - just a time wasting exercise!
