I had a message this morning from ebay cancelling an order due to suspious account,never had one of these. Ebay have not refunded the customer and I cannot cancel it or reply to the message. Do nNot sure how to proceed. Any advice always welcome.

These sorts of things do happen on occasion, so don't be to perturbed by it.
Have you dispatched the item and had the item been paid for? If you still have the item then generally the advice ebay will give is not to send it, there will be a good reason for them suspecting a suspicious account.
It may be worth having a quick chat with CS, their link is here (lines open at 9am on a weekend). They should be able to advise you further.
