Why do I keep getting bothered by this collection company I owe nothing they really need to get lost already saying it's in Liverpool there getting nothing from me scammers eBay needs to sort this out it's making me want to get rid of my account so I don't have to deal with it at all

Have you spoken to them to see what their claim is and if they are genuine.

If they "think" they have a genuine claim against you they won't go away until it's sorted one way or another.

Closing your account won't change anything.

Presumably, these are just text messages and calls that you are receiving.  Provided you haven’t received a formal letter from DRS Collection, on their letterhead, then you do not need to take any action.

The messages won't be from DRS themselves but from scammers pretending to be from DRS and taking a chance that you have an eBay account.   They won't have access to your eBay account so closing it will have no effect and there is nothing eBay can do as they won't be able to identify the scammers. 

Unfortunately, all you can do is keep reporting and blocking the numbers as spam.

I had a call again and they asked me my full name and address but refused to give any information to them because when I asked them what they wanted they said please confirm that details before they say . So politely I told them **bleep** 😡

You might try witholding your number and ringing them with any reference number you may have from any letters ?.Maybe also check the number they phone from online to see if it's just a scam ?.
