Anyone ever get proper & constructive help from eBay?

Neutral & negative 2 orders cancelled due to buyers fault 1) trying to buy off my account from abroad on a U.K. postage only & I cancelled the order and they left neutral feedback. 2) chickens went broody so I cancelled the order and offered chicks and gave a refund and previous had free eggs as well, never got eggs said in a comment wilted and shiny, surely this is false and factually wrong.

Negative 2 orders: 1)  he returned and swapped out a bulk cd and my partner put in a new and sealed Phil Collins dvd. 2) hatching eggs day 3 said not active and you can’t tell at that stage, wanted new eggs then and there I said you can put new eggs in, think he was trying to scam me, claimed one cracked he had 4 free & further two cracked due to his misuse of his incubator, no mat in the incubator. 3) oldest one had two lots of replacements, not hatched due to not following procedures, third lot delayed due to my father dying.

Just spent nearly £100s this month, EBAY do you want my sale and purchases????

Start up for sellers, you need better customer services!

Selling eggs on eBay probably isn't allowed but especially when it's clearly a business seller on a private account.

Chickens going "broody" is your fault. Don't advertise what you don't or may not have.

I don't know. You are selling an unpredictable product which goes against eBay's money back guarantee, you have to advertise exactly what's available, none of the buy and it may be sorted stuff. Chance listings are against eBay's terms.

If it's for profit which obviously it is, you should be on a business account. Business account isn't just as in a shop, a business it's selling for profit.

For certain you've breached 2 or 3 eBay terms here. Plus another possibly with selling eggs on eBay. Can't say I know much about that but with various salmonella stuff, it's hardly like eBay would let someone freely sell eggs for delivery.

You know what? It’s clearly people like you that are the problem—not me. eBay is built on buyers like me. I spend at least £2K a year, and I’ve even spent £4K just on chicken coops. But your negative, uninformed attitude is exactly what pushes people away from eBay to other platforms. You clearly don’t know the first thing about breeding chickens or selling responsibly. Salmonella? What are you even talking about? You’re just throwing around random accusations without a clue. Instead of engaging constructively, you’ve gone completely off-track with your assumptions and baseless replies.

Also selling of secondhand branded retail items like Ralph Lauren et cetera

  • You need to prove it’s real.
  • Saying “I believe it’s real” or “it looks like the real thing” isn’t enough.
  • A certificate of authenticity, original receipts, or clear provenance goes a long way.

so the buyer is 100% secure that you’re not getting a fake item
