Hi, Does anyone know how you can join these offers that ebay seem to do with some sellers, at the moment is one called shine 15% off?

You dont get anything for nothing  on ebay these days - remember when Private sellers were offer to list for free ????

Then ebays reality kicked in.

I know but some sellers are given a discount with help from ebay but they only offer it to the big companies, how is that right they don't need help its the small fish that do
