Evri lost parcel no support

I have sold my first item on eBay and I had to use evri for delivery. More than a week and the buyer is not able to find the item even if the tracking says ready to collect. It is simply not available at the parcel collection point and Evri support not giving any feedback. Impossible to reach a human support on Evri. Thanks to Evri I will no more sell on eBay. Horrible service.

At some point the item should be shown as undelivered.    Then ask the buyer to open a "Not received" case on eBay.   With Simple Delivery eBay issue the refund themselves and you keep the original payment.
