The Community Chat will open at 2pm and will remain open until 3pm on Wednesday. After that it will be closed for further questions. Of course, we will continue to take care of answering any questions that may still be unanswered—We’ll get to everything as quickly as possible. 

Please ask your questions in the thread below. In order to be able to answer your questions as quickly as possible, we ask you to have one question per post. Of course, you can make as many posts as you like in the Chat- the more the merrier!

Our eBay Community Team is made up of kat@ebay, marco@ebay and dave@ebay. Between us, we have knowledge in Buying, Selling, Fulfilment, Payments, and the Community itself. Anything we aren’t sure on we’ll know the people who will be! Please ask us any questions you may have and we’ll do all we can to support. 

To ask your question, click Reply in the lower-right corner of this post, type your question, and click Reply between 2pm and 3pm. The community team will answer each incoming question in chronological order, and will quote the original question in each answer.

so big question am i being fource to become a buisness selller

Hi guys... Does the 'exclude countries you don't ship to' function exclude those countries from GSP sales? I guess what I am really asking is... can I still use GSP to ship to countries outside of the EU and so avoid the GSPR requirements.

Unfortunately we cant help with account related queries here, you will need to reach out to Customer Support who will be able to review your account with you.

In general, if we required you to upgrade your account to business you should have received an email with more information and the next steps.

Hi!  I'm struggling to list an item as far as I can see all my settings are UK but it's wanting to.list in US Dollars and I can choose a UK postage service 

Any help would be very aporeciated

Two weeks ago I posted about a delivery estimate issue and was asked to DM marco@ebay  which I did. Marco replied saying he hoped to have a response by end of day. It's now 8 days and still no response.

Do you consider this good enough?

It is the largest thread about the biggest upcoming change for sellers but has gone on for 20 pages now without anyone from eBay commenting. There are a lot of questions being asked and many confused sellers. With just two months to go I am sure many of us would appreciate eBay interacting with us on there.

Hi @iceblue_uk ,

Thanks for post.  If you exclude the EU countries then you should still be able to use GSP for the other countries.

Could you please PM me a screenshot of what that looks like from your end? We have a technical issue causing this at the moment, so your account might be impacted by this, once you PM me the screenshot, I will take a further look. If it's not that, we can see what's happening to fix it anyway.
