Hi All,
I have a glitch on my account when listing and choosing fonts. If I select Comic Sans, it defaults to Ariel Black.
Not the end of the world but a little annoying as it's the one I automatically go to.
I'm not sure if this is across the board or just my account.

Hi, there seems to be an issue with ebays tracking not working correctly for a few sellers,
royal mail 2d tracking has not worked for myself for around 3 weeks (the delivery confirmation only type)
royal mail 24/48 tracked was working fine until monday now that is not working either, some example order numbers are:
07-13563-85600 , 01-13648-05697, 12-13515-92306
can someone please look into this, there is quite a few forums opened regarding this but it never seems to get fixed

this looks like it only effects some sellers as some items i've purchased myself on ebay seem to have royal mail tracking (and work correctly)
another thing i noticed is i added as a test the Ebay virtual tracking number to a couple of orders and the tracking numbers today have magically been synced to ebay by royal mail but the tracking status "delivered" has not (only tracking number provided), i did not upload tracking for these orders so the sync must be working somewhere for the tracking numbers to come through but something is wrong as the status is not updating to delivered.

I sold an item late on Wednesday evening (1st). The item was on 2nd class postage with a 3 day handling.
The buyer opened a case for non-receipt on Sunday (5th)
Could you please explain how this is possible?
Can you offer advice as to what settings I should use to avoid this happening again as we are often unable to post for a few days - hence the 3 day dispatch time?
As the buyers feedback was less than inspiring, we had in fact posted the item tracked on Thursday, and the item had been delivered on Saturday , tracking was uploaded to ebay and showed delivered.
Can you explain how a buyer is able to open a non-receipt case when the item has been delivered? The buyer may have issues with the item and maybe want to open a case for other reasons, but it should be obvious that they should not be able to open a non-receipt case.

I'm not aware of any issues for this but it sounds like it might be a local issue. If you try on a different browser does it still happen?
If you haven't already, you could try clearing your cache and cookies it can usually clear any strange issues like you're having.

Thanks Dave. I have just tried that and it still defaults to Arial Black if I choose Comic Sans. Fonts are working ok for me on other programmes. I'll just put up with it and use another font and wait and see if anyone else raises the same issue.

Coming back on those examples provided as they have been shared with our shipping team. The tracking seems to be uploaded after the item is delivered. Are you uploading the tracking when the item is dispatched as it needs to be done at that stage.

kat@ebay Hi, yes they are (the one in the screenshot previously shown) you maybe referring too is due to me removing the tracking and adding it again a few days later in the hope it would refresh. Sadly it did not.

these haven't been touched.
i have to add though its not something i am doing as it was all working fine prior to 3 weeks ago for (2d tracking) and Monday for RM24/48 Tracked Shipments.
Unless eBay have changed something your end my process hasn't changed its the same its always been over the last 16 years and it was all working fine until recently.
Also if an INR case was opened and it was for an order which tracking had not yet been uploaded i have always been able to add the tracking in the INR case and it would still update on eBay. That's broken (but likely connected) also.
