problem facing posting on set on package size

i am new in ebay selling. one of my product is sold but when i went to post office i have seen that the package size width is 2.5cm padded envelope but my actual  parcel is 3.5 cm . as this is why the post office said they will not take the package as its bit large in dimensions then her template. as she scanned my qr code of label its already showing dispatched now how can i change my package size or reprint label i am confused.

If this was a simple delivery order the post office should be accepting all labels. If this is not the case you can let us know the post office details and we can share with our shipping team for feedback on ensuring they know the correct process for simple delivery packages.

If this was not a simple delivery order and you choose your own postage then you should have the option to cancel or void the label by going to postage labels and selecting from the drop down action menu. Then you can purchase the correct size label.
