High 5 all, recently my purchace was delivered to my chosen evri locker. The issue is that the email and tracking said that the item was ready for collection on Wednesday, when I went to the evri parcel shop the next day there wa no record of the item or trace of it after a real search. On Thursday the seller did not give a 'cough'. The purchase was not something that ebay is dripping with, so on Friday A-M before going out I leave ther seller neutral feedback and raise an issue with ebay for this very reason. I call into the parcel shop on my way out for most of the day, yes the item is now available 2 days late. Nobody told me earlier about any delay. The seller feedback that I left magicaly does not apear, but on my feedback their bad mouthing me with my reply is there for anyone to see

I doubt anyone can really tell what happened from the summary - and that's not really a criticism - indeed, you have no way of knowing what happened for those two days.
If it was sent Simple Delivery, then the seller really isn't involved (in delays) after they've handed it over, it's ebay's responsibility. That may be why they removed your feedback.

As much as I don't doubt what you say in the least, everyone is allowed a point of view.
I'm interested is 'simple delivery' something particular?
What grates me is the fact that the seller is meant to be that, ebay take a little in fees but the seller makes a lot more. The seller did not give 'a cough' when I called them out. This was in my original feedback
Delivered without out any proof is useless.
Where I live the local facebook is full of messages where courier drivers deliver things, but the photo is not where the rightful recipient lives

The seller has left you negative feedback within a positive feedback which is against the rules. Report it to ebay and it will be removed.
When things go wrong next time I would suggest waiting longer before you leave feedback until you make a decent attempt to solve the issue. Especially if it is Evri who has messed something up and not the seller.

Certainly the seller should be polite; and most will try and help if they can.
Ebay has told private sellers to use Simple Delivery, except for particular types of items; and in a general sense ebay takes responsibility for their delivery - I'm not a lawyer. i.e. it's different to when someone arranges their own delivery with a courier.
Message #4 raises a good point that you can hopefully get their feedback removed.

I'm interested, but to take things one at a time
If things as above if things go wrong as above ' The purchase was not something that ebay is dripping with' so time was of the essance. Where I live Evri and Royal Mail compete for the worst reputation.
Ref 'The seller has left you negative feedback within a positive feedback which is against the rules.'
You are clearly clever-er than I am, I've had a look but don't see anything likely looking, where should I look please?

I'm interested in 'Ref 'The seller has left you negative feedback within a positive feedback which is against the rules.'
I don't see how to report it, any pointers please?

I'll have a look and see if there's a specific link/info. (Assume not if I don't post again.)
Otherwise request a callback from customer services.
