hi ,i have an issue with a item x 4 stools they arrived damaged and was not ,as described, as new.they was dinted and had scratches on with discolouration.The stage we are at now is i have returned them but the seller has been awkard from beginnining to end.The first labels the seller sent me was unusable as she arranged collection for these to late and just pushed it on me and said they are coming to collect them .But this did not happen.so i waited in all day .this was rearranged.SO the seller then had to arrange a second delivery she sent me return labels again.But on my ebay it shows the first return but the second it doesn t . I CANNOT DO NOTHING BECAUSE IT SAYS WAITING FOR ME TO PRINT LABELS and take action .How can I ?But the seller i have to keep messaging . i SAID to seller why havent you uploaded return info when she knows its been returned.no anwser to that ,she then said she had recieved them and my refund will be issued today .

Did you note down the tracking number on the second labels? There is a way to add your own tracking number to the return (might only be possible on the phone to eBay). I've seen it done when a buyer has paid their own return postage.
