item returned

hi ,i have an issue with a item x 4 stools they arrived damaged and was not ,as described, as new.they was dinted and had scratches on with discolouration.The stage we are at now is i have returned them but the seller has been awkard from beginnining to end.The first labels the seller sent me was unusable as she arranged collection for these to late and just pushed it on me and said they are coming to collect them .But this did not happen.so i waited in all day .this was rearranged.SO the seller then had to arrange a second delivery she sent me return labels again.But on my ebay it shows the first return but the second it doesn t . I CANNOT DO NOTHING BECAUSE IT SAYS WAITING FOR ME TO PRINT LABELS and take action .How can I ?But the seller i have to keep messaging . i  SAID to seller why havent you uploaded return info when she knows its been returned.no anwser to that ,she then said she had recieved them and my refund will be issued today .

Did you note down the tracking number on the second labels? There is a way to add your own tracking number to the return (might only be possible on the phone to eBay). I've seen it done when a buyer has paid their own return postage.

Hi THANKS FOR YOUR INFO ,I REALLY APPRECIATE IT AND YOUR RESPONSE .I DO HAVE THE NUMBERS OF ALL RETURN LABELS .THE SELLER AS NOW ISSUED A RETURN SO WE SHALL SEE BUT ITS BEEN SO HARD JUST TO RETURN THE ITEMS THAT WAS DAMAGED AND NOT AS DESCRIBED AS NEW .THEY ARRIVED DENTED AND SCRATCHED THATS 3 OUT OF THE 4 ITEMS. IT SHOULD BE STRAIGHT FORWARD TO RETURN .BUT FINGERS CROSSED ITS ALL OK NOW.ITS BEEN. WE HAVE BEEN MESSED ABOUT FROM BEGINNING TO THE END WITH THE SELLER.I WAITED IN FOR DELIVERY ALL DAY THEN IT WAS THE NEXT DAY.THEN THE RETURN WAS JUST THE SAME .BUT THANK YOU . ITS A LONG STORY AND THE RETURN PICK UP WAS PUSHED ON ME EARLY ONE MORNING BEFORE I GOT CHANCE TO TELL EBAY ANYMORE ,BUT THATS WHY . BUT THATS WHEN THEY DIDN T COLLECT THE RETURN BECAUSE SHE BOOKED IT LAST MINUTE AND EXPECTED FEDEX TO COLLECT THE RETURN AND THE SECOND LOT OF LABELS HAD TO BE PROCESSED FOR THE RETURN..AGAIN I STUCK MORE LABELS ON THAT SHE SENT.ON TOP OF THE OTHERS THAT I HAD ALREADY PUT ON THE BOXES .BUT ON EBAY IT ONLY SHOWED THE FIRST RETURN.SO IT LOOKED LIKE TO ME ON MY EBAY THAT I HAD TO TAKE ACTION AND PRINT AND MARK AS SENT.I HAD SENT THE RETURN .WHEN BY THIS TIME .IT HAD BEEN SENT BACK AND RECIEVED BY THE SELLER WHICH SHE FINALLY ACCEPTED AFTER I KEPT MESSAGING THE SELLER.BACK.ONLY TO HAVE GOTAWAY WITH A RETURN WHICH I THINK WAS SECONDS.THANK YOU
