Yodel 'out for delivery'

Since ebay started their Simple Delivery I have had several purchases delivered late by Yodel.  I get emails saying my item is out for delivery but they don't arrive until two or three days later.  How do I make an official complaint?  Does ebay even care?

No, ebay doesn't care. It gets the money from the courier, that's all that matters.

Why don't you just answer her question or be quiet? Regardless of whether they have anything to do with each other, she wanted to know who to complain to.

Simple Delivery only applies to Private Sellers and uses either Evri or Royal Mail.  Any new delays with Yodel deliveries are therefore coincidental.

As for complaining you could contact the Sellers and hope that in future they'll use somebody else.  However if a lot of their items are arriving late they'll likely find themselves in trouble with e-Bay anyway.
