Unknown refund

Hi. I am confused. on 5th November a purchased a remote control for a DVD player costing £5.29. I have just received a refund for this. WHY? It is still suposed to be arriving.

Looks like the seller may have cancelled the order?  This would refund you automatically.

Preferably use a laptop / PC not the app,  try Chrome too, and check your eBay messages for any cancellations.

If they are claiming out of stock,  this would give them a defect on their account.

Well it was not showing as out of stock when I purchased it. As for the comment not to use an app. Why this? I use a computer and I use chrome. I have not received any messages from the seller.
