I bought something from a seller who had replied to my first message but then didn't reply to any further messages. Now that I have paid, I have had no contact from the seller, no indication of the item having been processed and the seller is still not replying to new messages.
On the item page it says that items will be posted within 1 day of sale (I know this isn't binding but just a data point).
It's only been 5 days but I'm concerned as they had stopped responding already before I bought the item.
What is the recommended course of action here?
