Problem with item being collected instead of postage.

Hello guys.

Don't sell very often but had a bit of a garage clearance. 

2 items sold to the same customer, they emailed before to ask if they could collect both. One order was collection only and th other had option for postage.

Now the customer has collected both items, I refunded the postage for the second item but I don't know how to complete it on eBay to get my funds. 

Please help.

For the postage item,  because there was no collection code to scan there is no way now to mark that item as collected and you'll need to wait a minimum of 14 days for the release of that payout.

Hopefully,  you did scan the QR code for the collection listed item,  if not , that payout too will be held.

Yea i scanned the collection code for the one we had but obviously not the other. So even if I don't do anything on eBay, for example to Evri and send i dud parcel, I'll still receive the money?

You will get your money for the item which could not have a code scanned and of course being collected there's no tracking to show delivery, it will just take a little longer to appear!

In those cases,  payouts are held for a minimum of 14 days before release.
