I need to get hold of a human (chatbot useless) to sort out a non delivery which Ebay has signed off as a delivery and therefore closed my dispute.

Trying to buy an item but it keeps declining

I am haveing problems with royal mail they sent the phone to the wrong parcel depot in Wales and they are not being very helpfull at all I have contacted them the last 2 days and the phone is still at the wrong depot I am not going to keep waiting for it and they just dont give a *bleep*

They will tell you to contact the person who sold it first. There’s no way
round that. Then either raise a complaint or call and suggest it’s fraud.
I’ve never ever got a real person unless it’s fraud even if it’s not the
might transfer you once you get a real person. Good luck

If you are the buyer you can open a case for item not received one day after Ebay's expected delivery date.

You need to wait 10 days and raise an eBay complaint. They won’t help until
you’ve waited.

Where have you got 10 days from?

What they need to do is use the money back guarantee.

Then get a call back.  See post 2 in this thread for how to do that.

If you read the blurb if something hasn’t arrived in 10 days and you
contacted the seller you can raise a complaint for them to investigate then
if you didn’t receive goods or they are don’t comply with the advert you
may claim

Sorry none of that is right.  If you haven't received an item the day after the expected delivery date, you open a case for item not received and if the seller can't prove delivery, ebay will force a refund.

It's not 10 days, it's not a complaint, and there is no investigation.
