I am in dispute with the seller of the item in above order, it has not been resolved even though the toilet seat is still under warranty, the hinge snapped, can you help .
Sorry it's way too late for ebay. They only allow 30 days for claims and don't get involved with warranties. Too late for your payment provder as well.
