2 weeks late and no 'buyer protection'

So much for 'buyer protection' that we are all now obliged to pay for. My item purchased and paid for 15 Oct has still not arrived (UK seller and UK buyer) 31st Oct. Ebay disable the appeal button, the contact button, the claim a refund button and just say "hold on it's coming". This is not acceptable and I need a refund.

Find the email you got from Ebay when you paid.

One day after the latest estimated delivery date from that email, you need to open an 'item not received' case.

Cover for items not received is under the Money Back Guarantee and is not connected to the buyer protection fee.

What date did you do all that?

What was the latest estimated delivery date?

Even after you start a claim, Ebay do allow a few more business days for the item to arrive.

If you look at the case you opened, it will give a date when you can ask Ebay to step in.
