You can’t. EBay only accept a valid credit card.
either get someone else who has a credit card to buy, or buy somewhere else.

Yep, this is an issue many come across, there is no other means of verifying you are over 18 for eBay, it can only be done with owning a valid credit card .
One option is to ask a family member or friend who does have a c. card on their eBay account to buy the item for you.
Not ideal I know, and as said, many are affected.

@dav-459565 I would seriously reconsider whether eBay is the right place to buy a chainsaw (or any mechanical or electrical piece of equipment come to that).
The eBay Money Back Guarantee only covers buyers for a period of 30 days after the item is delivered; if anything goes wrong after that eBay will not help. A new item - in this case a chainsaw - may well be sold with a 12-month guarantee but if the seller does not respond to a claim made under the guarantee the buyer has no recourse.
I have read many posts over the years of buyers who have purchased items with one-year, five-year and even ten-year guarantees only to find that they are worthless when the item ceases to work and the seller does not respond to a guarantee claim by the buyer.
Personally I would recommend you either buy locally or at the very least buy direct from a company with retail premises in the same country. Trying to make a guarantee claim when eBay has been involved as a third-party go-between when purchasing is asking for trouble if anything goes wrong.
