Go to your purchases find the item and under More Actions select I didn't receive it, f seller cannot prove delivery with tracking you will be refunded, escalate to eBayif you don't hear anything after 4 days
Please click on the following link and then search for the order/item in question and look at the pop-up "item details and help options box... if you're item is already eligible for an Item Not Received case then follow those steps, check back every day until it is... unless it arrives before then. There's no tracking to follow against the item in your Purchase History?
