eBay is not a seller, it's a selling platform. A seller uses the platform to sell their items.
If you purchased as a Guest it will not show on your eBay account ( if you have one) and the only way you have purchased 2 items, is if you entered 2 in a quantity box on the listing.
Look to your payment provider, how much was paid, for one item or 2?
The best option would be to get a new confirmation email using this link - https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/guest-order?topicId=4065&af=2.
From there you will be able to select the view order details .

Tell me if I'm wrong but I'm guessing you ordered one thing whilst logged into your account and another separately while just using eBay as a guest but you had hoped that the seller might notice this and query it?
Maybe - some might be sharp enough to notice that two orders need to go to the same place with same or similar names but it probably depends on how busy they are.
There is a fair question as to why eBay allows folk to checkout as a guest if they have an account - but I presume they want the buyer to have the smoothest buying process (impulse purchase) so stopping them and saying "Are you sure you don't have an account?" or "We suspect you have an account so please login before doing any shopping" might not seem helpful.
In the meantime just let the seller know the two orders should have been one and if see if you can return the unwanted one. Good sellers usually want to help if they can.
