Item not received- now it has been

I opened a claim as my item hadn't arrived and was refunded. The same day I was refunded, I got notification my parcel was ready for collection.

It only took Evri 9 days to deliver a next day delivery parcel!

I've contacted the seller through Ebay messages to let them know it's arrived, but they haven't responded some 2 days later.

Do I need to do anything else?

Just wait for them to message you back,   as I'm sure they're grateful that the item has arrived,  and you are willing to repay them.

Once they do get in contact,   you cannot repay them through eBay ,  but need to either pay by cheque,  bank transfer of a PayPal Friends and Family Payment,  or they can send you a PayPal invoice for the amount.  Whichever suits you both best.

  If  PayPal is used,  email addresses need to be exchanged, this can sometimes be found with the order details >>  Show Contact Info.    If not and you need to ask the seller for this,  make it very, very clear in your eBay messages,  as eBay do read these,  the reason for these exchanges.   Make it clear it's not to be used for an off eBay sale.
