A seller found a way to wangle the return process so that they 1/ get the item back and 2/ keep the money, and the return is eBay closed, can't contact ebay about the case, and can't appeal.
Can someone show me the webpage that shows how I can phone eBay (or get a call back), or send them a message. eBay needs to know about this.
Thanks.

Thank You!!! That worked!!!
BTW, in case they ever move the link, can you tell me what eBay menu items lead to that, I can never ever find it, it's probably right in front of my nose, but whenever I want to use it I have steam coming out from my head, red eyes and a sore brain, so I'm in no state to find anything....
Thanks again!!!

Thanks, but what menu items do I select to get to "call back" for anything I want to speak to eBay about?

Just bookmark the link.

papso22: your answer's counter to what I was asking.

That's because the route to 'call back' can be tortuous and come up with different results each time. Whereas the link always works.
