I ordered an item from a Seller exactly a Week ago. They arranged for the item to be collected by Royal Mail and Royal Mail picked it up on Saturday 2nd August. It was 48 Hour Tracked delivery. The tracking has not updated since Saturday and the item should have arrived Tuesday or Wednesday absoulte latest. Todays Thursday and the item has still not been delivered to me and todays post has already been round. I've always had very quick delivery with 48 hour tracked where it arrives 2 days later, very occasionally 3 days later but probably only taken 3 days on about 2 occasions. The fact it seems to have not moved through the system at all for 5 days and hasn't turned up yet is a bit concerning. What's more likely, just an usual delay or does it seem more likely the items been lost and won't be showing up
I did the message the seller yesterday, but not yet received a response.
