Hi guys.
I ordered a new head unit for my car (£185) from a seller and they stupidly used Evri.
The day it was meant to arrive I was going to be out so I went on the Evri app and told them to deliver to my next door neighbour.
That afternoon I get notified its been delivered to my out building (i dont have one). It shows a picture of the parcel next to my closed front door. Im 4 hours away from getting home and when I arrive the parcel is missing. I check with my neighbour just incase and nobody went to their house at all.
I filed a not received claim and asked ebay to step in today.
They have said speak to seller and courier. I have done both and had no reply and looks like im going to lose this money.
The only evidence they have it was delivered was this photo next to a closed door. It could of been stolen by anybody including the courier as its only 3ft from pavement.
Anybody else had this?

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 the proof of delivery has to be open open door or in a persons hand not just dumped outside but sadly eBay just accept the delivery photo. If no joy contact your payment provider

Yes as I thought. Ebay won't listen and the seller is a fake UK seller (drop shipper). I've now gone to paypal and hopefully they will follow uk law.
