So, only one of seven deliveries have arrived, even when sent to collection point, one was left outside the main door on a large street in the rain, and was stolen, extremely hard to contact them, template responses and no follow ups despite promises. How can they remain in business?
I now avoid evri sellers, but problem is ebay are now hiding the courier from buyers, so now I have to contact the buyer and plead them not to send evri. I state I will buy if you can not send by evri.
Never known any company to hide the courier or delivery method... I suspect I know why eBay do this.
This frustrates me so much I am really thinking of giving up on ebay.
How can they allow this? Many folk I know have the same problem and just grit their teeth.
