How to set click and collect as an option on a buy-it-now item

Hello.  I'm trying to set up a buy-it-now listing with eBay click and collect as an option, but I can't get the system to display the click and collect option.  I've opted into click and collect on the account settings menu, but it's not coming up in my listing set up.  What am I doing wrong?

Is it for the steam engine you have listed on auction starting at £0.82 ?  As an aside,   you realise if you receive one bid you need to sell it for 82 pence.  If you're not happy with that , you have enough time to edit it to the lowest amount you are happy to receive,  it cannot sell for less,  then if you receive one bid,  you will have achieved the price you wanted.

To your question !  How much does this item weigh and what is it size when packaged, as there are limits for click and collect and your item may well exceed those limits.

There are weight  and size limits for items eligible for Click & Collect on eBay . 

The maximum weight for an item, including packaging, is 15kg. Additionally, no side of the parcel can exceed 90cm, and the maximum dimensions are 0.324 cubic meters. Items exceeding these limits will be rejected at the collection point.

Just to add to my answer @gribelin   I just checked with eBay's announcement for Simple Delivery and if you are using this,  then C & C may not yet be available.

In #3 the 15% off c&c refers to a different type of c&c to that which had been used e.g. last year. I don't know if you can use Simple Delivery with the previous version of c&c - from your post, quite possibly not/not yet.

This new 15% off version is/will be available for Evri only currently - possibly only on some items.
