Delivery dates

Sellers are deliberately posting  false estimated delivery dates, then when you actually buy something, the actual delivery date

'Sellers are deliberately posting  false estimated delivery dates,...'

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Not necessarily pete 🙁

Ebay's own 'Estimated Delivery Dates' are sometimes wholly ridiculous and 'un-meet-able'.

When a seller has '3 day dispatch time' on their listing, that means the seller has got 3 days to get to the post office. So add that to how long the item takes to get delivered and you've ususally got considerably more than ebay's 'Estimated Delivery Date' of 3 days from the point of sale.

(the EDD has also been known to ignore bank holidays etc which really doesn't help matters)

The Est.D.D. problem is a long-running thorn in the side for a lot of sellers.

I see some credibility in what you are saying, but some sites in China are
not showing point of origin, and show misleading delivery dates, then hen
you buy something, the point of origin is revealed, and the real delivery
date, is revealed 🤔

Oh the Chinese are a law unto themselves on ebay.

And ebay don't mind as long as they keep paying sellers fees.....
