Hi there mine and my partner bed hasn't came today it was meant to come today it was double bed with frame it's got paid already

Please be aware, that eBay's estimates are only that,  estimates they are Not a Guaranteed date for delivery.   It is worth waiting a few more days.

Then,  if it still hasn't arrived,  proceed this way :

Then,  if the seller is not being helpful,  go right of the item purchased,  and from More Actions select....  I Have Not Received My Item.

If you are not fully refunded within 3 days,  you must escalate the case on day 4 or within 30 days from opening the case,  and eBay will step in and force the refund.

Do not close the case early for any excuse or promise the seller may give,  and do not forget to escalate.

Have you not been given any sort of tracking number, or a delivery date & time slot by the seller or the courier, as that's usually what happens with larger items.

To add to @tressygirl  advice I would also contact the seller & ask for the actual delivery date/time & tracking number - some couriers give you updates via email or text messages.

I bought a mattress last year & was given the above info so I was able to wait in on the day of delivery - was given an afternoon time slot, so I didn't have to wait in all day.
