100% Positive Feedback with a Negative Feedback?!

I'm looking to buy an item on eBay and I noticed that the Seller has 100% positive feedback despite having a Negative...

 

Can anyone explain to me how this can be please?

Look again... "More than a year ago".

The negative is no longer taken into account when calculating the feedback score.
