why is fraud allowed to continue ? i have reported the seller saying email me first

You hit the nail on the head.........

The reason is people do not practice good IT & account security & allow their details to be stolen & used for these frauds.....

This is not eBay's proble as such & if people kept their accounts secure it would not happen.....it's not eBay that's been hacked......it's details stolen & sold on from malware,insecure wifi & phishing

With 1.2 BILLION listings on eBay & 250 million active sellers they cannot check listings & rely on them being reported
