need some help
so i bought something on PC world that I never received.
i have got part of the money back but the other seems to appear on my PayPal as a voucher, i have contacted the seller saying i want the full repayment, but they wouldn't and says i should contact eBay for my voucher.
two things :
1) the resolution centre is not allowing me to contact ebay
2) am not even sure where the voucher is for me to use,
can someone please advise how i can get my money back or at least show me how to redeem the voucher and where this flipping voucher code is?
