seller deleted account as soon as my order arrived so have lost 29 dollars

wrong size ordered  had all photo proofs  but found the sellerf had deleted themselves  so had no further chance of sorting it.   neither ebay or paypal did not help

If you ordered the wrong item the you can only return if the seller had Returns accepted on their listings

If the seller sent the wrong item then it is a not as described item.

A seller can not close their account just like that it will have been ebay that removed them

Open the dispute in ebay if you can.

If you fail for any reason on ebay and paid by paypal then you can open the dispute there

Sign up to their returns postage if you can 

Escalate the dispute as soon as you can but within 30 days

I did not order the wrong item i had proof of allphotos which I sent to ebay I opened a dispute they said they were looking into it next thing everything had dissappeared no email from ebay to inform us and tried to open a dispute with paypal and as I clicked on the item it just said not available or something like that

Your first words are Wrong size ordered but I did give you all the information for both disputes

If you opened the correct dispute of not as described then you have to escalate it after a full 3 days and ebay step in.

You should not have lost that dispute.

If you paid by paypal then you should have been able to open the dispute there

There are time limits on all disputes were you in time

If you have failed on both then there is nothing you can do 

Was you payment backed by a card then try your bank
