I placed an order on the 26th of March, which was marked as dispatched. then a week later I got a cancelation notice. The seller said they'd been let down by their currier, and that's very beleiveable. the problem is I still haven't recieved a refund - i've checked the paypal transaction.
Is there any way I can let eBay know i've not had my refund yet? the only option on the cancelation is
What if neither of these is true? because the order doesn't show up in my perchase history anymore and the drop down menue doesn't have the option to report any problems.
