I placed an order on the 26th of March, which was marked as dispatched. then a week later I got a cancelation notice. The seller said they'd been let down by their currier, and that's very beleiveable. the problem is I still haven't recieved a refund - i've checked the paypal transaction.
Is there any way I can let eBay know i've not had my refund yet? the only option on the cancelation is
What if neither of these is true? because the order doesn't show up in my perchase history anymore and the drop down menue doesn't have the option to report any problems.

If you received an Ebay email telling you you've been refunded, you've been refunded. The transaction on your Purchase History page will also tell you that you've been refunded.

If you paid using your PayPal account, the refund will have been pretty much instant, unless the seller refunded via e-cheque. These, like any cheque, can take up to 10 days to clear. Check your PayPal account or read the PayPal refund confirmation email for details.
If you paid through Paypal using a debit card, the refund will take up to 7 days to clear into your bank account.
If you paid through PayPal with a credit card, the refund can take up to 30 days to appear on your cc statement.
The above timeframes are the bank industry norms.
