i bought a gold bangle yesterday and i have received a parcel all wrapped up with nothing inside it

How can you be cheated when you can get your money back so long as you open the correct case. Read the Money Back Guarantee top right of EVERY listing.
If seller wants the empty packet back, he has to provide a reply paid tracked label, and on return refund in full.
Costs seller a lot as the paypal fees are not refunded and if you have to escalate to ebay, the ebay fees are also not refunded plus paying for tracked return postage.
Get a refund then leave Negative Feedback as I am sure this was not a genuine mistake.
